Our services

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.

Psychotherapy for Children, Adults and Families

I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adults, and families.

Psychotherapy is a process that occurs between two people, the patient and the therapist, through which it seeks to know the reason for their condition, but also to identify and strengthen internal and external resources that allow them to enjoy their existence. Starting psychotherapy is an important decision. Irving Therapy provides the highest quality of psychotherapy services to our community. Our mission is to promote a positive emotional lifestyle for our clients.

We know that this is a very difficult time for our families. Due to recommendations from the City of Dallas and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), our office will remain closed until further notice. However, to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients, we offer psychotherapy by phone or videoconference, both for new patients and for patients who already have treatment in progress. Contact us to talk about the different treatment options through videoconference or by phone.

Immigration Services

We understand that the process to obtain legal immigration status in the United States is very arduous and often painful. As an immigrant myself, I know the tribulations we go through: leaving our country of origin, our families, learning a new language, and adapting to a new culture. I can help you in your process to obtain your permanent residence, we offer psychosocial evaluations and extreme hardship evaluations. If you need help do not hesitate to contact me. I have helped hundreds of people get their U.S. documents to live and work freely in this country.

The objective of the first session is to get in contact, get to know the case in question and generate a good therapeutic relationship. For them, the following forms will provide information, both to the patient and to us for the first approach to therapy.
